The Honourable Paul Chan Mo-po, GBM, GBS, MH, JP, Financial Secretary of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, will deliver his 2026-2027 Budget Speech to the Legislative Council on 25 February 2026.

Annually, the Hong Kong business sector hosts a luncheon to which the Financial Secretary is invited to explain the contents of the Budget to over a hundred business sector representatives. This year, we are deeply honoured to have the Financial Secretary join us at the Joint Business Community Luncheon on 13 March. Members will have the unique opportunity to hear Mr Chan elaborate on the specifics of his latest budget, which focuses on measures to promote innovation and technology while aiming for improved national integration to support high-quality growth.
