Co-organised by the Federation of Hong Kong Industries (FHKI) and China CITIC Bank International Ltd (CNCBI), the Sole Strategic Partner of the FHKI 65th Anniversary, the seminar on “Abolition of MPF offsetting arrangement and its impact to SMEs” was successfully held on 27 June.

The seminar was welcomed by Mr Anthony Lam, Executive Deputy Chairman of FHKI and Mr Peter Yim, Executive General Manager, General Banking Products, Personal Banking Group, CNCBI.

Other representatives from FHKI and CNCBI also attended including Mr Gary Lau, Deputy Chairman of FHKI and Mr Simon Shing, Head of Marketing and Brand Management, PBG Management, Personal & Business Banking Group, CNCBI.

Speakers included representative of Labour Officer (Employer Benefits Support), HKSAR Labour Department and Mr Oscar Leung, Assistant General Manager & Cluster Head, Medium Enterprise, Business Banking, CNCBI, who shared insights on the captioned topic and provided strategies for businesses to mitigate potential risks and seize new opportunities.
