The Luncheon on Shaping the Future of the Food, Beverage and Nutraceutical Industry with Materials Innovation, jointly organised by the FHKI and NAMI, was successfully held on 23 July 2025 (Wednesday).The event attracted over 40 enthusiastic members who came together to explore emerging trends in technology applications.
In his opening remarks, Mr Jude Chow, Deputy Chairmen of FHKI and Chairman of Group 26 (Environmental Industries Council), emphasized that innovative material technologies are key to upgrading industries such as food and health. He expressed hope that the gathering would help members gain insights into cutting-edge industry innovations and promote transformation to maintain a competitive edge. The event also featured live product demonstrations showcasing a variety of innovative materials developed by NAMI’s industrial partners. These allowed attendees to better understand how new technologies can address industry challenges and enhance product value.
