FHKI and Allianz Trade successfully hosted the seminar ‘Strategic Insights for Business Leaders: Economic Outlook and Trade Credit Risk’ cum happy hour on 13 July 2026. Mr Anthony Lam, Chairman of FHKI, Mr Gary Lau, Deputy Chairman of FHKI, Ms Bonnie Chan, Director-General of FHKI, and over 30 members attended to show their support, engaging in in-depth exchanges and discussions on topics such as how to utilise trade credit insurance to establish a safety net.

The seminar featured welcome remarks by Mr Ricky Hung, Head of Distribution of Allianz Trade. After that, Mr RC Chai, Business Development Manager of Allianz Trade in Asia-Pacific, shared information on Allianz Trade’s credit insurance. The session also explored how dynamic credit ratings and a global debt collection network can be used to safeguard profits while driving business expansion, with a view to building a robust ecosystem for mitigating industry risks.
