Group 25 (Hong Kong Information Technology Industry Council) successfully organised a visit to RICOH on 30 July. The event was led by Mr Peter Shum, Deputy Chairman of FHKI and Chairman of Group 25, alongside Dr Alfred Ng, Deputy Chairman of FHKI and Chairman of Group 5 (Hong Kong Electronics Industry Council), Mr Schubert Chong, Vice Chairman of Group 25, Mr Toney Chang, Honorary Vice-President of Group 25 and a number of members attended the event to experience Ricoh’s AI-powered workspace. Following the tour, a Happy Hour session was organised to provide members with a relaxed platform for networking.

During the visit, members gained insights into Ricoh’s intelligent collaboration spaces and immersive AI applications, and observed case studies of Ricoh’s automated digital operations, which demonstrated the effectiveness of automated document processing technology in saving manpower and reducing costs. Following the tour, members enthusiastically discussed technological applications during the networking session, fostering industry collaboration and jointly exploring new opportunities in smart technologies!
