The award presentation ceremony for "Young Industrialist Awards of Hong Kong" (YIAH) and "Industrialist of the Year Award" (IOY) cum "Hong Kong Innopreneur Awards" was successfully held on 13 November 2025 (Thursday) at the Hong Kong Ocean Park Marriott Hotel. The event was honoured by the presence of Mr Michael Wong Wai-lun, GBS, JP, Deputy Financial Secretary of the HKSAR Government. The ceremony brought together industrialists from different sectors to witness this flagship event and celebrate the remarkable achievements of the awardees.

Dr Ng Chi-ho, Founder and Chairman of Suga International Holdings Ltd, was awarded the distinguished IOY Award. In addition, the ceremony recognised 9 outstanding young industrialists with the 2025 YIAH. The recipients, listed in alphabetical order, are:

• Mr Jason Man, Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of Nameson Holdings Ltd
• Mr Albert Poon, Chairman of Shouji Tooling Factory Ltd
• Mr Pascal Tsang, Sales Director of Dakota Industrial Company Ltd
• Mr Ryan Tse, Executive Director of Vita Green Health Products Co., Ltd

The "Best Innopreneur Award" was presented to Prof Siew Ng and Prof Francis Chan, Co-founders of MicroSigx Biotech Diagnostic Limited, in recognition of their exceptional achievements in the field of innovation and technology. Their work has not only achieved business breakthroughs but has also made significant contributions to Hong Kong's economic development. Furthermore, five entrepreneurs received awards under the "Hong Kong Innopreneur Awards" category.

Industry is the key engine driving economic diversification and high-quality development in Hong Kong. The Federation of Hong Kong Industries hopes that more local industrialists will continue to drive industrial transformation through innovation, utilising more innovative technologies to enhance Hong Kong’s productivity and competitiveness, thereby writing a new chapter for Hong Kong’s industrial development.
